***  This time, I am a little bit more ambitious than the previous two classes, where I spent some time on diagnostic. I hope this plan fits well the time with observers' presence.

Reflection:

It worked out pretteyr well, since I added another round of icebreaker- introduction thing. I was feel awarkard to do it again with my original students, but since I have new students, which justified the activiy of doing icebreaker (using images)

I have 6 Brazilian teachers as astduents - just as students?
I am not sure how I should treat them.
If I treat the with special attention, my original students will feel neglected or undervaluaed.
At the same time if /i treat them toeghather with students then with their teaching and all the experiences, I am worried if i would be patronize them.
Maybe next class, I should do another round of needs analysis - sort of....

I am more conscious of what I do in class, and what I do while prparing for my class.
I have observed all of the classes, then, I received al the mateirals (games and activities)
but interesitngly, since I have different belief as a teacher, the class (even though it was only been a week), not everythig is same.
I tend to ask males students to be volunteers more frequently.
My arrangement for pairs usually leads to similar patterns?

Day4: Note-taking, flashcards, and part of speech

- Because of the snow day, we met after one week. then, I just wanted to make them to be more active, so I  made sudden changes at the last minute -- just before the class. - thought the group work (corner discussion) would work like an icebreaker, but somehow, things got complicated. they are not familiar with one another yet. - Brazilian teachers are more advanced then other students, which created a different dynamic. There were some quiet students who did not talk that much. - Was still too conscious of my unstable non-native like awkward english expressions sometimes. - Covered most of the things that I planned - but still not sure how much students could have learned.  --- > some classroom assessment techniques are necessary. - Vocabulary quiz will be Jan 30th. Test-taking strategies will be discussed later on the course; then this vocab test will serve as how students are familiar with test formats, and also about myself becoming better at using the ques...
