Reflection:
For pair work, Read and Run activity might be necessary since students in the beginning of the semester are still shy with classmates.
I will have observers .... for every single class from next week. I am feeling nervous.
I had several emails for asking questions about emails.
I thought I was good at managing class tools and housekeeping, but with different mediation/technology, things get complicated.
